I have never loved a dentist appointment so much! Your staff was incredible. I love the communication via email, the way the dental needs were clearly explained, and how my financials were discussed openly and clearly. What a change from other doctor’s visits. I felt like I was being treated by real people and I was the first patient of the day. Seriously, I usually don’t go on and on about stuff like this, but my experience was so positive. The terror I experience just walking into the door is incredible. Unfounded but incredible. The level of kindness and patience exhibited by everyone really helped me to overcome anxiety. Still apprehensive about uncharted territory, but able to take a breath and calm down. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful.
